Overview
Payments:
We prefer payment by check. If you choose to pay by credit card, an additional 3% service fee will be charged.
Returns:
We will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of coin(s). Please contact our office immediately after receipt of coin(s) if you are not satisfied to begin the return process.
Shipping:
An additional fee of $15 will be added to all coins for shipping. We typically ship via USPS. Additional charges may apply if we need to ship coin(s) via FedEx to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will need to send it registered mail, and to insure your coin for it’s full value when returning it to us. The Post Office will only cover the first $100, and otherwise they may only pay 50% of the value.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
